Ladder System (BETA) is Launch

Now you can duel with someone and gain point.

How to participate ?

1.) First you must already register as our member in the main page http://YuhiohLegend.com

2.) lease choose your opponent and send duel challenge (by clicking on the small card).


3.) Go to menu "Ladder" and wait for opponent to accept the challenge.

4.) After your opponent accept the challenge, you can start the match with him.(Before start the match, please confirm each other "This is Ladder Match")

5.) After the match finish, the winner please go to menu "Ladder" and choose "win"(Please be honest)


6.) Wait for your opponent to confirm result, once they confirm you will get the point immediately (Please be honest)


7.) Point System


Win: 3 Ladder Points
Draw: 2 Ladder Points
Lost: 1 Ladder Point


8.) Your point and statistic will show under User List.

9.) This is the first release, anyone find any bug or error please report to me at forum. If got any recommendation or suggestion please also tell me at forum.

Ladder Duration

Ladder point will reset every month and calculate the monthly winner. So the following is the award to the top 10 and top 3 duelist.

Top 10 and top 3 duelist
- All will up 1 level
- All will get (current point * 5 ) golds. Example: if you have 700 point, you will receive (700 x 5) = 3500 golds

Top 3 duelist
- The first will get a crown of "Ladder Champion".
- Second will get a crown of "Ladder Runner-up".
- Third will get a crown of "Ladder Third Place".

its football rules i can follow that its easy lol apart from the 1 point for a loss lol which is still a good idea

Point System Change

I would like to implement following rule for point system.

The point system is a system to assign point to you and your opponent after both of you finish duel and confirm result.

The rule is like this:
It is based on the different between you and your opponent current point.
for example : your point is 20, your opponent is 70

if you win him, the point you get is (70-20)/10 = 5 point, he get 0 point
if you draw him: you get 5 point /2 = 2.5 = after truncate become 2 point , he get 1 point
if you lose him: you get 1 point , he get 2 point

If the different between you and your opponent point is less than 30, the point will count as normal
Win: 3 points , Draw: 2 points , Lost: 1 point

How and what do you all think ? Please comment and thanks

If this rule is OK , I am still considering whether to implement in this month or start at next month.

well, i think i would like to help, you are looking to make it fair .. so I suggest these steps :

if a duelist has a higher score by a certain difference (for example difference higher than 50) between him and the other duelist ...
You may follow these steps to calculate the score :
1.if the duelist with the high score wins, his points would be calculated as follows :
score difference / 10 and the other duelist takes a point
2.if its a draw then the score for both players would be the difference / 25
3.if the lower score duelist wins his score would be calculated as follows :
score difference / 5 and the other duelist takes 0 point

but if the score difference is lower than the limits which is for example can be 50 the rules would change then
then its the normal rule .. 3,2,1 for win, draw, lose

and a player with a score less than certain amount of points such as 10 maximum .. takes a 2 for a lose or a draw ..

thats about the score and how to calculate it .. i am just giving you tips that may can help ..

I use point different is because only the point can exactly reflect what is the ranking you are. The higher point you have means the higher ranking you are.

My reason is similar to how the game experience is get, let say points is your level, the higher points means you higher level.

If Level 1 beat a Level 10 enemy, It will get more experiences. In other way, If Level 10 enemy beat him, he will just gain normal exp.

Damian idea is using game different, but I am worrying using game different may not really reflect what is your ranking and your opponent ranking.

SilverAce's suggestion is quite similar to me, but he recommended too much point to winner.
(diff/5) will get too many points.

if different is 100, that means once you win you can get 20 points in one game, this is not fair to other. (diff/10) is more acceptable.

Pleased to see you all giving me the suggestion, since this ladder is just release and is under test (BETA), we should try and adjust it and give all people a better gaming environment.
